She is not new to recording, as her Gild the Lily EP is what lead many to become hooked to her voice and songs. What also leads people to her? Being engaging, in terms of being affected by the lyrics, the occasional simplicity of the music and arrangements which will hopefully make people hear her for more than what’s on the surface (musically or visually).
